Counting your blessings, one Gem at a time...
Feel the Emotion of Gratitude Simply close your eyes. In your mind recognize a special person, place or thing you are thankful for. Then slide a gem. Repeat this until all the gems are pulled to one side of the bracelet. Do this on a daily basis and feel the joy in your heart. The Abacus has been used for counting for centuries. Your bracelet is a mini abacus which you can use to count many things throughout your day. Take a moment and count 10 deep breaths, your 8 glasses of water, kitchen measurements, or golf strokes! Count your good deeds for the day or well wishes for others. We have developed the Gratitude bracelet to help spread the word. It is much more than a bracelet, it is a way of life.
